If you think we may have taken a picture that you are interested in and were unable to see it on our stand at the event then you may request proofs to be sent to you. Don't forget to check that the event is not being proofed on line.
A search fee of £10.00 (including VAT) must be paid before proofs will be sent. This is to cover the administration, postage and to prevent "timewasters" from clogging up the system, as has happened previously. The fee is not refundable against future purchases.
To process your search we need to know:
1. The name and date of the show,
2. The Class name and / or number,
3. A full description of the horse, tack, rider, entry number and any distinguishing features. (We have to be able to pick yours from all of the pictures of the class). Send your request to us with payment, or telephone and pay by credit or debit card (50p card charge applies). |
